I found my puppy Ralph via JD puppy paws having shopped around a few places on pets4homes. James was fantastic from the moment I contacted him. He sent regular updates on the puppies, sent me photos when requested and was very professional throughout.
When we visited the puppies James was very friendly, accomplished and I could see they were well looked after. He also introduced both mom and dad to us. I was extremely happy with the service JD puppies provided, when we took Ralph home we were provided with a puppy package including all documentation, food, blankets, toys and food bowls! Ralph came with his first vaccinations and as part of the package James also gave us the option to have his second vaccinations as well as flee/worming with his vets for free (which we did). Would highly recommend James and JD Puppy Paws, our experience was fab!
We saw James’ advert on pets 4 homes. Arranged a visit, asked lots of questions. James was very knowledgeable, also very friendly. Puppies were well looked after. When we brought our puppy home we were given a little care package to ensure that our puppy settled in. Communicated with us when we brought our pup home to make sure he was settling in well. Offered to do the 2nd lot of vaccinations for free with his vet. The puppies were brought up in a great environment. Excellent breeder, highly recommend :)
James was excellent from us meeting on our first visit and to when we picked up our beautiful Labrador puppy who had been extremely well look after and cared for since birth. James answered all of our many questions too.. nothing was too much trouble.
James aftercare has also been brilliant .. Would highly recommend this breeder to anyone. Will stay in touch and send regular updates of our little girl 🥰💖
